Trampolining at Wight Flyers

Jumping on a trampoline is good exercise for the whole body, and bouncing helps to build muscle and burn fat quickly. It also has the added benefit of improving agility and balance.
Trampolining is an acrobatic sport and can either be recreational or competitive. Participants need to demonstrate acrobatic skills while rebounding on a trampoline. Trampolining has been part of the Olympic Games since 2000. At Wight Flyers Trampoline and Gymnastics Club we concentrate on individual and synchronised trampolining, both recreational and competitive. We encourage anybody to come and have a go and see for yourself why we think this is one of the most exciting sports to be involved in. Our coaches will work with you as your skill levels increase and will, if you choose, develop you enough to go to competition. Or, if taking part and having a bit of fun is more your thing, they will supervise and offer advise to keep you safe.
